The Process used for RETA Data Driven Decision Making (DDDM) includes the following steps:

As you Prepare you will become familiar with various types of data; learn to dissagregate various types of data and begin to identify patterns in data; and use Excel appropriately to chart, graph, and analyze various types of data.
  2. Plan for DDDM - In the Plan step, you will analyze data; develop goals; strategize ways to address goals and include stakeholders; and develop your blueprint for your own action plan.
  3. Do - In the Do step, you will implement your plan and collect data.
  4. Study - In the Study step, you will study, evaluate, and reflect upon your data and actions to determine impact and inform stakeholders.
  5. Act - In the Act step, you will determine if you need to revise your plan or standardize it.
