Your Adventure

  1. to travel through the history of the New Mexico acequia system. Listen for glyphy's questions, and reflect in your i-Journal about each one. When you are done, think about what history is and where it comes from. Why do you think there is so little information available about the early acequia system?

  3. Research your role by exploring both online and offline resources. Be sure to read the on acequias. Use your journal to record the information, and to reflect on your questions.
  4. Complete the task for your learning role. Remember to include visual images.
  5. Create a cooperative, multimedia presentation for your class, with information from all five learning roles. Reach a group conclusion about the future of the acequia system.
  6. Reflect on this learning experience in your i-Journal. Be sure to discuss some of the challenges you faced when merging your group’s information into one presentation.
